Our Postage and Packing Rates

From the 21st August 2006 the Royal Mail has changed the way that they price the letters and packets that are sent through the post system. Our prices have been changed for the first time in 6 years in order to accommadate the changes. Our more regular customers may notice that the changes are a great deal different and a couple of prices have actually been reduced!

Packages over 2kg will now be sent through DHL Home service.

The shopping cart on this website is set to add one of the following values for the postage and packing part of your order. The value will depend on the postage option you choose. Each column heading will tell you the postage options available to you.

* Packages over 2Kg cannot be sent by Guaranteed Next Day post. These will be sent via DHL Home and will take 48 hrs. We are working on a getting a quicker service!

** Packages over 2Kg maybe sent in more than 1 Package and will require a signature on delivery.

 

Terms and Conditions regards, point 4; Postage
4. We will endeavour to dispatch your goods on the same day that we receive your order. If there is going to be a delay we will contact you by either phone or email.

i) Next Working Day delivery can only be completed and sent if we receive your order before 1pm. Please realise that even if you send the order before 1pm we will not necessarily get it before 1pm, we cannot accept any responsibility for mail servers and there operation!

ii) Orders taken/received between Thursdays after 1pm and Monday at 1pm with the Next Day Delivery option should be delivered the following Tuesday.

Please allow up to 28 days for delivery, except when you select Next Working Day. This is to cover any loses made by the Royal Mail. We can only despatch missing orders after 15 working days, when we are able to make a claim against the Royal Mail.
