Ceramic Beads - Square Tubular Spacers 6x4mm
There are three sizes of square spacer beads, on this page each side of the square spacer is 6mm with a 4mm depth (thickness).

The hole through the middle of the spacer will accommodate a 1mm or 2mm cord. Jump rings don't really work with this bead as the hole is in the centre.
Like all of the ceramics, if you scratch the surface hard enough (and it takes a bit of doing) you can scratch off the colouring to leave a plain surface.
These square spacer tubes are avaiable in 10's or 100's
